Mitel was incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act on January 12, 2001.

3. When was Mitel's IPO? What was the price?

Mitel's shares began trading publicly on April 22, 2010. The initial offering price was US$14.00 per share.

4. What stock exchange does Mitel trade on and what is its ticker symbol?

Mitel's common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol MITL, and on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the ticker symbol MNW.
