Rich McBee brings more than 20 years experience in telecommunications
to his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mitel®, leading
Mitel's strategy, business performance, and global execution. Appointed to
the role in January 2011, Rich is responsible for advancing Mitel's evolution
and leadership in the business communications market, driving revenue
growth and profitability, and devising and executing business strategies
and corporate policies.
Prior to joining Mitel, Rich served as President of the Communications and
Enterprise Group of Danaher Corporation. In this role, he was responsible
for annual sales derived from carrier, enterprise, and SMB markets via
both direct sales and channel partners. Rich joined Danaher in 2007 as
President, Tektronix Communications, following the acquisition by Danaher
of Tektronix. During his 15 years with Tektronix, he held a variety of positions
including Senior Vice President and General Manager, Communications
Business Unit; Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Service and
Marketing; and Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Initiatives.
Rich holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Chapman
School of Business and Economics and graduated from the United States Air
Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in 1986.
With over 23 years in the high-tech and telecommunications sector,
Steve Spooner brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance and
strategic business planning to Mitel®. As Chief Financial Officer, Steve is
responsible for global financial operations and investor relations for Mitel.
Prior to Mitel, Steve was Chief Executive Officer of privately-held Stream
Intelligent Networks Corp. During his time as CEO, Steve led the company
to substantial growth during a recessed telecom market, through focused
activities in investor relations, corporate strategy and development, strategic
alliances and marketing.
Steve also brings a tech-savvy understanding of finance and corporate
strategy from his time as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
CrossKeys Systems Corporation. Steve led the strategic implementation
of private financing, acquisitions, and divestitures for the company.
In December of 1997, Steve successfully spearheaded CrossKey's Initial
Public Offering on the NASDAQ and TSE. In addition, Steve brings
extensive experience in financial governance from senior positions at
SHL Systemhouse Inc.,Wang Canada Ltd., Digital Equipment of Canada Ltd.,
and Arthur Anderson & Co.
Steve is a seasoned industry speaker having spoken at a variety of venues
on topics ranging from Metropolitan Networks to Entrepeneurship. Steve sits
on numerous strategic advisory boards and is an active board member of the
Canadian Wireless Telecom Association (CWTA) as well as a former chairman
of CWTA's fixed wireless committee.
Martyn Etherington is responsible for all aspects of Mitel's corporate marketing strategy and programs globally.
Prior to joining Mitel, Martyn served for 10 years as Tektronix Vice President Marketing and most recently expanded responsibility for business operations and general management of the Latin America region. In this role, he provided leadership for all Tektronix marketing and business operations worldwide and was responsible for the development and execution of the companies go to market and marketing strategies that address customer requirements and meet financial goals.
With more than 25 years' experience with multinational technology companies including IBM, Sequent Computer Systems and Digital Equipment Corporation, and a proven track record for global brand building and sales growth. Martyn is an award winning marketing executive acknowledged for his digital marketing, brand and marketing operations expertise. Martyn is currently a board member for the Chief Marketing Officer Council and Chair's the Business Advisory Council at Portland State University School of Business.
He was recently recognized in BtoB Magazine & Wall St Journal as one of the top 25 digital marketers for 2011 and top 25 marketers 2006 and has been awarded CMO Best Practice for Marketing Leadership from IDC.

Ron Wellard is responsible for the Mitel® Communications Solutions (MCS)
business unit. MCS is tasked with driving the profitable growth of Mitel's
core product and services portfolio. Ron's responsibilities encompass
Research and Development, Product Management, Marketing, Operations,
Technical Support and Service.
Ron Wellard brings over 30 years of experience in the Telecommunications
industry spanning various roles in Product Line Management and R&D
Leadership. Since joining Mitel in 2003, Ron has led Mitel's product
development and operations team to develop, implement, and deliver
cutting-edge IP Telephony products and applications to the marketplace.
Prior to joining Mitel, Ron was a key contributor at Nortel Networks, with
much of his career focused on the leadership of its small business voice
switching and converged products group. In addition, Ron's experience spans
Enterprise and Carrier / Service Provider portfolios.
Ron holds over a dozen patents in varied areas of telecommunications and
holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
Jon Brinton is currently responsible for the day to day management of the
Mitel® Network Services Group. This entity consists of Mitel NetSolutions,
Mitel Mobile, Mitel AnyWare and Mitel Network Services Agency. Among his
current duties, he is also President of Mitel NetSolutions, Inc., the US based
Communications Service Provider arm of Mitel.
Jon came to Mitel in mid 1999 through the acquisition of his company,
Network Services Agency, Inc. by Inter-Tel Technologies (Inter-Tel was
acquired by Mitel in 2007). Since then he has held various positions within
the organization including Vice President of Network Services, President of
Mitel Network Services Agency, and President of Mitel NetSolutions. Prior to
the acquisition of Network Services Agency, Inc. in June 1999, he had served
as its President and primary shareholder.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Canyon University.
Outside of Mitel, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife of nearly
25 years, Loraine and their three children.
Graham Bevington is the Executive Vice President for International Markets
at Mitel®. He has held this position since April 2011 and is responsible for
overseeing the growth and success of Mitel in all non-North American
regions, including EMEA, APAC and CALA. Graham has more than 25 years
experience in the hi-tech industry in sales and management positions.
Graham joined Mitel Networks as Managing Director for EMEA in January
2000, to focus on expanding indirect business and developing new products
and services for existing customers.
Graham started his career in telecoms as National Sales Manager for
Shiptons in the UK, which later became part of DeTeWe (a manufacturer
of telecoms equipment).
Graham spent twelve years with the UK subsidiary of DeTeWe and was
responsible for turning the company to profit, evolving the business from
its fulfillment role to service provider and developing OEM relationships
with other manufacturers. Prior to this he spent five years as sales director,
where he helped build the company's revenue by more than 500 percent.
